Coaches

 

All of our Coaching and PT staff are CrossFit Level 1 and/or REPs Level 3 qualified. Our coaches all also practise what they preach and train using CrossFit and have competed on various levels in CrossFit competitions.

You can be confident in the knowledge of you coach here at CrossFit Rudis and know that all the training is designed to make you better and each workout can be modified to suit your ability.

DAN PHILLIPS

Dan is a former long distance runner and MTB trials rider who is now one of the Business owners at CrossFit Rudis, although coaching a lot of sessions Dan works more of the back end of the business element of Rudis.

SIMON ALEXANDER

 Simon comes from a back ground of playing and coaching amateur American football here in the UK. Simon is primarily focused on overseeing all the programming and events run at CrossFit Rudis and preparing the box for them.

CALUM JONES

Calum is a regular Coach at CrossFit Rudis, he is a coach who was made from one of our very own members and by working hard and listening to all what he has been told he has now became a full qualified CF L1 Caoch, PT and Weightlifting Coach.

Mitch is a new member to the coaching team at CrossFit Rudis, he brings his wealth of knowledge of competing and share this with athletes to increase their performance. Mitch is very much a learnt from personal trial and error coach and is able to give athletes top advise on nutrition due to his drastic body change since starting CrossFit.
